This is what I had in there...
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- almost 3 lbs of chicken breasts
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 flank steak
- 1 lb stew meat
- 2 sirloin rib eyes
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 6 mini sliders
- and of course TONS of pork chops!
- 3 seasoned chicken breasts
I officially have a problem.
My goal is to use all of this meat in the next month. We will have some delicious meals with a low grocery bill. I'm starting tonight with some Parmesan Ranch Chicken! If you have any good recipes that use any of those meats, please send them my way!

Man! I have a lot of meat, but nothing in comparison to your list. I love it when it makes my grocery bill low. Enjoy it! You're in a good place.
ReplyDeleteWe love to make pulled pork! I just put any cut of pork in the crock pot in the morning on low with a little bit of apple juice or root beer, depending on my mood. By dinner time it is ready to tear up and eat, with or without BBQ sauce, on a bun or a salad, with our favorite sweet potato fries.

What a great idea, Aly! I think I'll make that tomorrow. I love crock pot recipes...they are the best because they are so low maintenance. Thank you for the idea!
